| Australian Triathlon Champion - Jan Avery-Spoor 26/01/2010 | | | After numerous strong placings at the Australian Triathlon Championships over the last few seasons, Jan finally made it to the top of the podium last Sunday. She now is the current Aussie Champ in her age group, which is a just reward for one of the squads hardest. Joining Jan in the top 10 were Emily Glegg, 6th and Louise OSullivan, 10th in their respective age groups.

| | Draft Saturday Ride Schedule 2010 26/01/2010 | | | For those that want a little forward-planning, here is a draft of our ride schedule leading into Mooloolaba Tri and Port Macquarie Ironman. As always, most rides will have 3 separate coaches and the weekends with no organised rides, a recovery spin is recommended. Please note this is open to change and/or bribes. Other coaches without original ideas are welcome to use this schedule!

| | Goat Track 14/01/2010 | | | There will be three 3 groups going to Mt Nebo this Saturday - via Goat Track. Unlike other times we will not be riding out as one group but rather breaking into three groups from when we leave Regatta. For those who have never ridden the Goat Track before, it is actually the quickest climb to Nebo – though it just happens to be on dirt. All are welcome to come and challenge yourself this Saturday.
